By downloading or using the BenderMate app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Nature of the App

BenderMate is a reference calculator designed to assist electricians and apprentices in calculating conduit bends (including but not limited to Stub-ups, Offsets, and Saddles).

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (Critical)

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

While we strive for high accuracy in our algorithms, you acknowledge that physical conduit bending involves variables outside the App's control, including but not limited to:

• Variations in pipe manufacturers (EMT, Rigid, IMC).
• Metal springback properties.
• Wear and tear on your physical bender tool.
• Operator technique.

THEREFORE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE CALCULATED RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE IN PHYSICAL APPLICATION.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of BenderMate shall NOT be liable for:

• Any wasted materials (pipes, conduits).
• Time lost due to incorrect bends.
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this App.

Always verify measurements and perform a test bend before cutting or bending expensive materials.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, unique code algorithms, specific icon designs (such as the L-Hook), and the "BenderMate" name, is the intellectual property of the developer. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
