FairwayForm AI is designed around on-device golf swing analysis. We do not upload your swing videos, video frames, screenshots, or pose landmarks to our servers.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Process

• Swing videos and photos: Used only when you import, record, trim, preview, or analyze a swing in the app.
• Pose and swing metrics: Generated locally from your selected video to produce scores, keyframes, and feedback.
• Profile settings: Handedness and skill level, if you choose to provide them, are stored on your device to tune analysis feedback.
• Purchase status: Subscription and entitlement information may be processed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat to unlock paid features.
• Local app events: The app may store recent funnel or usage events locally on your device for debugging and product improvement.
• Diagnostics: If you choose to share diagnostics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide crash or performance information.

3. How We Use Information

• To analyze golf swing videos and generate reports.
• To remember your profile, quota, subscription state, and settings.
• To process purchases and restore purchases through Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
• To improve app stability and troubleshoot issues.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use advertising SDKs.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not upload swing videos, screenshots, video frames, or pose landmarks to our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store. Subscription entitlement management may be handled by RevenueCat. These services receive only the information needed to process purchases, validate receipts, and manage entitlements. They do not receive your swing videos from FairwayForm AI.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Videos, generated analysis data, profile settings, quota state, and local app events are stored on your device unless Apple system features, such as iCloud backup or diagnostics sharing, handle them according to your device settings. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from your device.

7. Your Choices

• You can delete imported videos and local app data by deleting the app.
• You can control Photos, Camera, and diagnostics permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

8. Children

FairwayForm AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes
