SnapWords uses the device's camera to identify objects and create flashcards. We do not store, view, or retain any photos taken within the app. All image processing is handled securely and transiently via standard API requests. Once the flashcard is generated, the image data is instantly discarded. Your camera roll remains completely private.
We believe in frictionless learning. SnapWords does not require account creation or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information (PII) from you or your child.
Our app is designed for families and is completely ad-free. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs to track your behavior, nor do we sell or share any of your usage data with advertisers or data brokers.
To help us improve the app, we may collect anonymous, aggregated crash reports and basic usage metrics (e.g., which language is selected most often) provided natively by Apple. This data cannot be linked back to you or your specific device.
