1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using "Hex Eye" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License & Features

• Free Version: Grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for viewing binary files.
• Lifetime Pro (In-App Purchase): A one-time purchase grants you a permanent license to access advanced features, including file editing and saving. This is a non-consumable purchase.

3. Lawful Use

Hex Eye is a professional tool designed for educational, development, and debugging purposes.

You agree NOT to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Cracking software or bypassing copyright protections.
• Modifying game data to cheat in online games.
• Creating or distributing malicious code.

We are not responsible for any actions you take using this tool.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for stability, editing binary files carries inherent risks of data corruption. You are responsible for backing up your files before editing. We are not liable for any data loss.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
