Terms of Use - Hunting Times: Sun & Moon

By downloading or using the app Hunting Times: Sun & Moon, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acknowledgment

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Hunting Times: Sun & Moon. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. Subscription Terms

Hunting Times: Sun & Moon Pro Subscription

If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellations: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Use at Your Own Risk: The hunting times, Solunar forecasts, and weather data provided by Hunting Times: Sun & Moon are predictions based on algorithms and available data. We do not guarantee the presence of wildlife or the success of your hunt.

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hunting Times: Sun & Moon be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application).

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Hunting Times: Sun & Moon.

6. Changes to This Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
