1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Picky Pal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Anonymous Service Access

Picky Pal provides its services via anonymous login. Your access, saved creative scripts, and Pro features are linked to your device identifier and your Apple ID.

3. Safety and Medical Disclaimer

Non-Medical: All content is generated by AI for entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Parental Responsibility: Parents are solely responsible for ensuring the safety of mealtime activities. Ensure all suggested games are played while the child is safely seated. Watch for choking hazards at all times.

4. Subscriptions and Pro Membership

Billing: Payments are handled by the Apple App Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Restore Purchases: If you switch devices or reinstall the App, please use the "Restore Purchases" button to regain access to your subscription.

5. AI Content Limitations

We use advanced AI to generate creative ideas. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of every script generated. Use the suggestions at your own discretion and always prioritize your child's safety.
