This Privacy Policy describes how ProTempo ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application.
A. Personal Data
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or home address. You do not need to create an account to use the App.
B. Sensor Data (Apple Watch & iPhone)
The App uses motion sensors (accelerometer and gyroscope) on your device solely to analyze your golf swing rhythm and provide haptic feedback. This data is processed in real-time locally on your device. We do not transmit this raw sensor data to the cloud.
C. Apple HealthKit
If you grant permission, ProTempo may interact with Apple HealthKit to save your practice sessions as "Workouts". This data resides in your Apple Health app. We do not sell or share your HealthKit data with third parties.
Our App offers a "Lifetime Pro" purchase option. All financial transactions are processed securely and directly by Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect anonymized usage statistics (such as crash reports or install counts) according to their own privacy policy, which helps us improve the App's stability.
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
