Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ProTempo mobile application (the "App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ProTempo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Safety Disclaimer (Important)

Golf Swing Safety Warning:
ProTempo is designed to be used while practicing golf swings. You acknowledge that swinging a golf club involves physical risks. By using the App, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have sufficient space to swing safely.
You will be aware of your surroundings (people, pets, and objects) at all times.
The developer of ProTempo is NOT liable for any physical injury, property damage (including damage to your device), or accidents occurring while using the App.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Lifetime Access: ProTempo offers a one-time purchase ("Lifetime Pro") to unlock premium features. This is a non-consumable product.

Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We cannot process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any billing issues.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, design, logo, and code, is the property of the ProTempo development team and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the ProTempo team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
