Your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how MailCheck handles your data. In short: We do not collect your data.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any of your personal data, server configurations, or email content to our servers or any third parties.

2. Local Data Storage

All data you enter is processed locally on your device:

• Configuration (Host, Port, Email): Stored locally on your device (via Apple's UserDefaults) for your convenience, so you don't have to re-enter them every time.
• Passwords: We DO NOT save your passwords in persistent storage. Passwords are held in the device's temporary memory (RAM) only while the app is running and are wiped immediately when you close the app.

3. Network Permissions

The App requests "Local Network" permissions solely to allow you to connect to SMTP servers located on your local network (e.g., corporate intranet). No data about your network is sent to us.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools.
