These Terms govern your use of FairwayForm AI, a mobile app that provides local golf swing analysis, keyframes, scores, and training feedback.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using FairwayForm AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Purpose

FairwayForm AI provides informational golf swing analysis based on videos you choose to record or import. Reports, scores, drills, and suggestions are educational tools only. They are not medical, professional coaching, safety, or performance guarantees.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Use the app safely and follow all applicable laws and course or facility rules.
• Only upload, record, or analyze videos that you have the right to use.
• Use your judgment before changing your training, equipment, or physical activity.
• Stop activity and seek qualified help if you experience pain, injury, or unsafe conditions.

4. Free Use and Paid Features

The app may include a limited number of free complete analyses. Additional or unlimited analysis features may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID and are billed by Apple.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.
• Prices, trial availability, and features may vary by region and may change where permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles videos, generated swing data, purchase status, and diagnostics.

7. Intellectual Property

FairwayForm AI, including its software, interface, scoring logic, visuals, and content, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except where allowed by law.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. Swing analysis may be affected by camera angle, lighting, body visibility, device capabilities, video quality, and pose detection confidence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, injury, or training outcomes arising from your use of the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access to features if required by law, platform rules, security needs, or misuse of the app.
